About the Job
As Customer Service Officer, located in Ardooie (Belgium), you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth “order to cash” process for our diverse global customer base across both retail and foodservice markets.
Take full ownership of customer creation, item setup, order intake and stock checks.
Manage alternative proposals, ensure timely deliveries and handle complaint resolution.
Improve business processes by leading projects on efficiency and standardization.
Use data-driven insights to optimize workflows and create synergies.
Analyze key master data to enhance business results and find new efficiencies.
Drive document automation and act as a key SAP user for smooth operations.
Collaborate with customer service and sales support to deliver excellent service.
Your Profile
Master’s degree or relevant experience in customer service or related fields.
Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
Strong French language skills preferred; other European languages a plus.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
Continuous improvement mindset focused on process optimization and customer satisfaction.
Exceptional organizational skills and proactive communication style.
Able to provide timely, clear updates to internal teams and customers.
